NEW DELHI: The Delhi government has relieved the Medical Superintendent of Babu Jagjivan Ram Memorial (BJRM) hospital, Dr Pratibha Nanda, from the duties for delay in pending court work.

Dr Alka Aggarwal, Medical Superintendent of Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital, shall hold additional charge of Medical Superintendent of BJRM, as per an official order of Delhi Government.

Dr Pratibha Nanda was appointed as MS of BJRH on September 14, 2017, replacing Dr Surinder Pal after a female employee accused Dr Pal of molesting and abusing her in the hospital.

Dr Pratibha Nanda was earlier working in Sanjay Gandhi Memorial hospital as a consultant.
