Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain has denied imposition of any lockdown in the national capital.
“Delhi is expected to report around 27500 COVID cases today as well. The rate of hospital admissions among COVID patients has been stagnant for the last four days, which is a good sign. Bed occupancy stands at 15%. There is no plan of lockdown,” Jain said.
The cases of COVID have been increasing every day. The total number of deaths too have risen sharply in the city.
Delhi recorded 27561 COVID cases and 40 deaths in the past 24 hours.
