Delhi's 100% eligible population inoculated first dose of COVID vaccine

Delhi’s 100 eligible per cent population has got the first dose of COVID vaccine, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain informed the media on January 17, 2022.
Jain said that around 2.85 crore doses of the vaccines have been administered in Delhi. 100% of the eligible population have been administered the first dose of the vaccine while 80% have received the second dose.
Jain further informed that 1.28 lakh people have received the precautionary dose.
On the current COVID situation in the city, the health minister said that the national capital is expected to report 14,000-15000 COVID cases today, which is much less than yesterday.
