The Delhi Medical Association has thanked the medical fraternity and media persons for their full support in the doctors' successful strike.

Dr Girish Tyagi, president DMC, said in a press statement, "I, on behalf of Delhi Medical Association, thank you from the core of my heart to take up and support genuine cause of assault against doctors and other issues associated with it."

Dr Tyagi stated, "I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to the general public because of OPD services being affected."
