US to donate ventilators to India, says Trump

US President Donald Trump has announced that the United States will donate ventilators to India for battling the Covid pandemic that has killed over 88, 000 in the US and 2752 people in India.
Mr Trump tweeted, “I am proud to announce that the Untied States will donate ventilators to our friends in India. We stand with India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi during this pandemic. We are also cooperating on vaccine development. Together we will beat the invisible enemy!,”
It may be noted that India has also supplied lakhs of Hydroxychloroquine tablets that are recommended for use of doctors and contacts of Covid confirmed cases.
