May 23: Delhi records 591 Covid cases

Delhi reported 591 cases of corona virus on May 23, 2020, for the last twenty four hours, taking the total number of cases of the virus in the national capital to 12910. As per Delhi State Health Bulletin released by the government on May 23, 2020, a total of 6267 people have recovered from the virus.
6412 out of the 12910 are active cases of the virus. As per the bulletin, 231 people have died of the virus so far in Delhi. 1886 patients with the virus are being treated in government dedicated Covid health facilities.
The bulletin reads that 3086 patients with the virus are getting treatment in home isolation. According to the government, the containment zones in Delhi now stand at 86.
The state government has received 218 ambulance and 1088 helpline calls related to Covid so far.
