As per the Indian Health Ministry data released in the morning on July 7, 2020, corona cases in the country spiked by 22242 in the past 24 hours. With this, the total number of cases in the country till date is 719665.

467 people died due to Covid-19 in India in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of Covid deaths to 20160. 439998 corona positives have recovered from the virus, including asymptomatics, while 259557 are active cases of the virus, again including asymptomatics.
