As per the Indian Health Ministry data released in the morning on July 15, 2020, cases of Corona virus surged by 29429 in the past 24 hours, recording yet another highest ever single day spike in cases so far in the country.

Not only cases but the country also recorded the highest Covid fatalities in a day marking 582 deaths in the last 24 hours. The total number of cases of the disease in the country has reached 936181 so far while the total number of deaths stand at 24301.

592032 people have recovered from the virus while active cases of the virus is 319840.
