The Indian Health Ministry has released a helpline number-080-46110007 of National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience for people who face mental health problems due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The ministry has advised people to be positive and try to make a balance between profession and life.
As per the ministry's advisory, people should perform Yoga and meditation.
"Be in contact with own people and share your problems with them. Be active and engage yourself with entertainment activities. Refrain from tobacco products, alcohol and other narcotic products and take adequate sleep," reads the advisory.
