Doctors have reiterated that not adhering to Covid appropriate behavior can cause a spike in corona cases and deaths in Delhi once again. They have said that due to not sticking to this behavior, corona cases have increased in Maharashtra and some other states.

In Delhi too, it is noted that people either are roaming around without masks or they are not wearing masks properly in public places. People are not wearing masks in Palika Bazar in Connaught Place and around India Gate. This has worried doctors here.

Speaking to the media, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Rana AK Singh said that corona cases had come down due to Covid appropriate behavior and restrictions.

He stressed that If people show laxity, they will have to bear the brunt. We just need to use masks and sanitize hands, he added.
