Pakistan recorded 98 fatalities due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, as per Pakistan’s National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) data.

The nation also witnessed 3,316 new infections of COVID-19 after 52,314 tests of coronavirus were conducted across Pakistan in the last 24 hours, according to the NCOC data

The country reported a slight rise in the positivity rate compared to yesterday that witnessed 6.32 per cent of positivity rate, on September 7, 2021, the positivity rate stood at 6.33 per cent.

The overall recoveries in the country increased to 10, 67,589 after Pakistan recorded 3,270 recoveries in the last 24 hours, while the recovery rate currently stands at 90 per cent, reported the local media house.
