COVID-19: Delhi records 41 cases, zero deaths in 24 hours

The COVID-19 situation in the national capital continues to remain under control, as Delhi recorded 41 new COVID-19 infections from 75,079 tests, taking the positivity rate to 0.05%, the Delhi health bulletin informed on September 8, 2021.

As per the government data, a total of 13 recoveries and zero death were reported in the past 24 hours.

Only 267 out of 16,037 COVID beds are occupied in hospitals and COVID-19 care centers.

According to the government data, the active cases currently stand at 414.

The latest update in the daily count pushed the overall cases to 14, 38,082 in the national capital, while the death toll currently stands at 25,083.

The health bulletin informed that Delhi’s case fatality rate stands at 1.74%, while the containment zone stands at 100.
