India reports 2,259 COVID19 cases in 24 hours

India recorded 2,259 fresh COVID19 cases, 2,614 recoveries, and 20 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry informed on May 20, 2022.
As per the ministry information, the active cases now stand at 15,044.
