Free Covid vaccine for all: BJP Bihar poll manifesto

A Covid vaccine is yet to be developed in India or anywhere in the world. And, no deadline has been fixed by the central government for its availability. But the Bharatiya Janta Party has promised free Covid vaccine for all people if the party returns to power in the state with Nitish Kumar’s JDU. The poll manifesto was released by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
“As soon as Covid 19 vaccine will be available for production at a mass scale, every person in Bihar will get free vaccination. This is the first promise mentioned in our poll manifesto,” announced Sitharaman while releasing the manifesto.
Bihar has reported 202838 cases and 1019 deaths due to coronavirus so far.
