Delhi-AIIMS director Randeep Guleria lead from the front and, allaying all fears in the medical fraternity, was administered Covaxin, the vaccine which is being given only at 6 Central government-run hospitals and is still under 3rd phase clinical trial.

Covaxin is being administered to doctors and other healthcare workers at 8th floor in New Building of AIIMS-Delhi.

The vaccination is being  given at 81 government health facilities.
