India recorded its highest ever corona cases in a day at 115736 cases in the previous 24 hours, as per the Indian Health Ministry data on April 7, 2021.

As per the data, 630 patients died of Covid across India in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of corona fatalities thus far to 166177.

As per the data, there are now 843473 active cases in the country. The total number of virus cases thus far is 12801785, out of which 11792135 have recovered.
