India recorded yet another highest daily corona tally of 200739 cases in the past 24 hours, as per the Indian Health Ministry data on April 15, 2021.

1038 people died of the disease in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths in the country so far to 173123.

As per the data, the total number of cases of the virus has reached 1,40,74,564, out of which 1,24,29,564  have recovered.
Active cases of the virus in India have gone up to 14,71,877.
