The prime minister is even shown reclining on a huge rounded stone with his back curved, as if on a huge exercise ball, and doing various exercises in that position.

The Prime Minister even puts his foot on a big piece of rock and then does stretching exercises.

PM Modi is seen practicing some Yoga asanas and exercises.

The PM was given a fitness challenge recently by cricket icon Virat Kohli. The name of the challenge is #Hum Fit to India Fit”.

#Hum Fit to India Fit” is part of video series of exercises which was started by India’s Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. Rathore had challenged Kohli and Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan.

The PM has nominated the fraternity of Indian Police Services officers, especially those more than forty years of age, Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy and Table Tennis Player Manika Batra.

The Prime Minister has said that these are some moments of morning exercises and breathing exercises. He has appealed that every Indian should devote some part of his or her day to fitness.
