Ayush ministry to ensure quality homeopathy education: Kotecha

NEW DELHI: Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Union Ministry of AYUSH, has said that the Ministry is dedicated to validate Homeopathy through focused research, enhance its manufacturing and production standards and ensure best quality education in homeopathy colleges.”
He was speaking at a two-day Scientific Convention on World Homeopathy Day which is being held in New Delhi.
Vaidya Kotecha stated, “The research activities have been reviewed in the homeopathy system to ensure that Central Council for Research in Homeopathy, (CCRH) undertakes meaningful research under fixed parameters within specified period and disseminates research findings for the benefit of educationists, researchers, physicians, manufacturers and the common man.
Dr. R.K. Manchanda, Director General, CCRH told DTMT, “The Homeopathy Council is taking this as an opportunity to review the path undertaken so far, taking stock of the challenges faced and to formulate future strategies for development of Homoeopathy.”
He said, “Production and availability of high quality Homoeopathy drugs in the market is the need of the hour.”
The theme of the two-day convention is 'Linking research with education and clinical practice.'
