Mumbai: Patient Safety Week at Wockhardt Hospital

Wockhardt hospitals, a chain of tertiary care super specialty hospitals in India, celebrated Patient Safety Week across all its hospitals in Maharashtra. The program was aimed at reinforcing and strengthening the defined practices to achieve better patient care and safety in all its hospitals.

The program is focused on a wide range of topics from accurate and complete documentation of medical records, early warning signs, Rapid Response Team concept, Biomedical waste handling, Infection prevention and control, Lab & Radiology safety and fire safety that are important components of a comprehensive patient safety program.
