NEW DELHI : At least nine dengue cases have been reported in Delhi this year, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), which tabulates data on vector-borne diseases in the city, has said.

Last year, 2,798 dengue cases and four deaths were recorded in Delhi.

The latest report said that a case was reported in May, two in April, four in March and one each in February and January 2019.

The report further said that till May 11, 2019, four cases of malaria and five cases of chikungunya have also been reported this year in Delhi.
