The Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Ashwini Choubey had an embarrassing time as ink was thrown at him by a man when he was meeting dengue patients at Patna Medical College and Hospital in Bihar. The man managed to escape after throwing the ink.

The minister told the media “Ink thrown on public, democracy and the pillar of democracy.”

The minister added that these people are the same who are connected to the crime world. “They were advanced in the area of crime world,” said the minister.
