Donepezil with Memantine is a combination medication used in the management of Alzheimer's disease. Donepezil with Memantine is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to either Donepezil or Memantine. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance below 9 mL/min).
