It is advocated for managing postmenopausal symptoms and its complications.
Estrogen-Depleted female : 1 cap od/bid, with or without meals. One cap could be adequate for menopausal symptoms, but for osteoporosis and cardiovascular benefits, two capsules daily are needed. It needs to be taken life-long, and must be combined with other low-risk dietary constituents and behaviors for protective effects of phytoestrogens to be singnificantly manifest.
