A grand ceremony was held at the Constitution Club of India, where 100 people from across the country were honoured with the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Memorial National Award 2025. The awards were given to teachers, social workers, reformers, and community leaders who have contributed to education, society, and nation-building.

The event was organised by the International Association of Research and Developed Organization and began with the lighting of the lamp. Many special guests attended, including Delhi Assembly Deputy Speaker Shri Mohan Singh Bisht, senior BJP leader Shri Ramesh Chandra Ratan, Dr. Parminder Singh, Dadhichi Dehdan Samiti Vice President Shri Sudhir Gupta, and social worker Shikha Joshi.

Education is the Base of Nation-Building

Deputy Speaker Mohan Singh Bisht spoke about the life of Dr. Radhakrishnan.

He said, “Dr. Radhakrishnan believed that education is not just for jobs, but for uplifting society. If every citizen is educated, the country will automatically move ahead.”

Equality for All

Senior leader Ramesh Chandra Ratan remembered Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s struggle.

“Babasaheb gave us the Constitution and fought all his life for the rights of the poor and backward. He taught us that education, struggle, and unity are the real ways to change society,” he said.

Education and Health Are Real Strengths

Sudhir Gupta said, “If people are educated and healthy, they can live better lives and also build a stronger nation. Giving knowledge and health to the next generation is the biggest gift.”

Inspiration from Lord Buddha

Dr. Parminder Singh said, “Lord Buddha’s message of truth, patience, and compassion is still important today. If we follow these values, our society will move in the right direction.”

Women Leading the Way

Social worker Shikha Joshi said that women in India are now doing very well in all fields.

“From education to politics, from science to social work—women are making their mark everywhere. Women’s empowerment is the key to India’s bright future,” she said.

A Gathering of Changemakers

The award ceremony brought together people from different states who are working in education, social reforms, women’s empowerment, and other important areas. Their recognition was meant to inspire others to contribute to society and nation-building.
