Delhi Mayor to Inaugurate Advanced Eye Care Centre at Swami Dayanand Hospital
Strengthening public healthcare services in the capital, Delhi Mayor Raja Iqbal Singh will inaugurate a newly developed Advanced Eye Care Centre at Swami Dayanand Hospital on Saturday at 11:00 AM.
The new facility, located on the third floor of the hospital’s OPD block, is expected to enhance access to specialised eye care services for residents, particularly those dependent on public healthcare in East Delhi and surrounding areas.
The inauguration ceremony will be attended by Satya Sharma, Chairperson of the Standing Committee, and Sanjeev Khirwar, Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, underscoring the civic body’s continued focus on strengthening healthcare infrastructure.
The Advanced Eye Care Centre is expected to offer improved diagnostic and treatment capabilities, addressing a growing need for accessible and timely eye care services in the city.
