In a significant move aimed at reshaping the treatment landscape for high-burden diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, Immuneel Therapeutics Private Limited has announced a strategic partnership with US-based Manas AI, Inc. 

The collaboration will explore the use of AI-native tools in the development of advanced biologics, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and next-generation gene-based therapies.

The partnership seeks to evaluate how Immuneel can leverage Manas AI’s neuro-symbolic models to enhance the discovery, development, and scalable manufacturing of complex therapies. By combining Immuneel’s research and development expertise, translational capabilities, and GMP-grade biomanufacturing infrastructure with Manas AI’s AI-driven discovery engine, the companies aim to reduce development timelines and accelerate patient access to innovative treatments.

The collaboration is expected to span multiple areas of advanced therapeutics, including multi-specific antibody design, AI-optimised binders, payload and linker discovery for ADCs, manufacturability screening, and novel allogeneic and in vivo gene-based delivery approaches. These technologies are seen as critical to developing medicines that are not only scientifically sophisticated but also safer, more scalable, and financially accessible.

A key focus of the partnership will be to assess whether an integrated feedback loop—from AI-based in silico design through laboratory validation, preclinical testing, and scalable manufacturing—can be effectively implemented. Such a model could potentially enable faster iteration cycles, improved predictability, and more audit-ready development pathways.
