On World Heart Day, Bhumi Pednekar Shares Simple Tips to Beat Stress and Stay Healthy
On the occasion of World Heart Day, Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar shared her thoughts on how stress has become a part of everyone’s life, not just those in the film industry.
“Stress levels are very high, but it is not limited to Bollywood alone; it is prevalent everywhere,” Bhumi said while inaugurating Advanced Cardiac Cath Lab at Yatrath Hospital in Modal Town Delhi.
She believes that while people often talk about health in passing, the real change comes when you actually practice healthy habits.
Her mantra for keeping stress in check is simple and practical: eat safe and nutritious food, go for regular walks, and make time for exercise.
“The best way to tackle stress is to exercise and follow a healthy, balanced diet that includes green vegetables and fruits,” she advised. Bhumi also highlighted the strong connection between diet and mental well-being.
“The brain is often called the second brain, and what you eat directly affects how you feel,” she explained. Her message on World Heart Day serves as a reminder that small lifestyle choices—like moving more and eating better—can go a long way in protecting both our heart and mind.
