ENTOD Pharmaceuticals has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Dr. Dhananjay Bakhle as a Non-Executive Independent Director on its Board. The appointment brings one of India’s leading pharmaceutical research experts into the company’s mission of driving innovation and developing advanced healthcare solutions.

With decades of experience in drug discovery, clinical research, regulatory science, and pharmaceutical development, Dr. Bakhle is recognised for his contributions to areas such as Novel Chemical Entities (NCEs), biosimilars, specialty medicines, and clinical pharmacology.

Currently serving as Chief Innovator at DocbraneConsulting LLP and CEO of MedRenova Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Bakhle has previously held the position of Executive Vice President – Medical Research at Lupin Ltd., where he led global medical research programmes, clinical development initiatives, and pharmacovigilance activities.

Beyond his corporate roles, Dr. Bakhle has played an important role in strengthening India’s pharmaceutical research ecosystem by contributing to medical innovation, drug development strategies, and regulatory advancements.
