Delhi’s air pollution remains in the very poor category at 9 a.m. on November 19, 2021, according to the data provided by the Central Pollution Control Board.

Data from 34 air pollution monitoring stations in Delhi, that were available, revealed that Lodhi Road reported the least air pollution with the air quality index at 282.

Meanwhile, the Delhi Fire Service started sprinkling water on the roads, of 13 hotspots in the city after Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai’s directive to tackle the dust pollution.

The pollution situation may improve from Sunday with strong wind according to the predictions from Indian Meteorological Department.
