Former RDA president of AIIMS-Delhi, Dr Vijay Gurjar, is on indefinite hunger strike from 17 June, 2019.

Dr Vijay told DTMT, "I am exercising my duties and

Will join protest with resident doctors after my duties."

He announced, "But I will not eat anything till our demands are met."

Dr Vijay stated, "I need your support as we all  can't see the sufferings of innocent patients who are lying outside hospitals."
