Delhi records 23 COVID deaths in 24 hours

The COVID cases continue to spike in Delhi with the city recording 21259 fresh COVID cases from 82884 tests in the past 24 hours, the Delhi State Health Bulletin read on January 11, 2022. A total of 23 patients died of the disease in the past 24 hours.

As per the data, the positivity rate was recorded at 25.65% while active cases touched 74881. A total of 12161 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.

As of now, 2874 out of 19405 COVID beds are occupied in the hospitals, COVID care and health centers.

The total number of cases of the virus has reached 1590155, out of which 1490074 have recovered.

The total number of deaths stands at 25200.
