Melatonin
Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland in the brain that regulates sleep-wake cycles. -Adults: 0.5 mg to 5 mg once daily, taken 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. -Children: Consult a pediatrician for appropriate dosage. -Elderly: Lower doses recommended, starting from 0.5 mg.
