Aceclofenac in Beta-Cyclodextrin is a medicine that is used for the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, Periarthritis of scapulohumerous, Lumbago, Ischiadynia and other conditions.

Indications

Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Low back pain, Post episiotomy pain, dysmenorrhoea, Dental pain.


Dosage

100mg orally b.i.d. The dose should be reduced in patients with mild to moderate hepatic, renal or cardiac functions impairment with a suggested initial dose of 100mg/day.


Special Precautions

Avoid driving and operate dangerous machinery Discontinue drug if skin reaction occurs Gastro-intestinal disorders History of gastroulceration Hypertension Other condition predisposing to fluid retention Patients recovering after a surgery Patients with compromised cardiac function Patients with intrinsic coagulation defects Severe cardiac impairment


Side Effects

Dyspepsia, Abdominal pain, Nausea, Rash, Urticaria, Enuresis, Headache, Dizziness, Drowsiness
