ACENOCOUMAROL

It is a potent anticoagulant drug especially used to prevent blood clotting disorders.

Indications

Cerebral embolism, vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, transient ischemic attack, and myocardial infarction.


Contra-Indications

Hepatic impairment, renal impairment, and history of prior surgery of the lung, prostate, and uterus.


Special Precautions

A large amount of this dose may cause chronic toxicity. Consult a physician before using it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.


Side Effects

Headache, weakness, Liver damage, loss of appetite, rash, hair loss, and difficulty in breathing.


Drug Interactions

Abciximab, Abrocitinib, Abametapir, Aceclofenac,Paracetamol, and Acetazolamide.
