-Cetirizine with Pseudoephedrine is a combination medication that includes Cetirizine, a second-generation antihistamine, and Pseudoephedrine, a decongestant. This combination is commonly used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and nasal congestion. -It is administered when both the antihistamine properties of cetirizine and the nasal decongestant activity of pseudoephedrine are desired.


-Allergic Rhinitis: Provides relief from symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and runny or stuffy nose associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. -Nasal Congestion: Acts as a decongestant to alleviate nasal congestion caused by allergies or the common cold. -Perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, common cold, sinusitis and otitis.


-Dosage may vary based on age, weight, and specific symptoms. It is typically administered orally, with or without food. -1 tab twice daily. Tablet should be swallowed whole and not crushed or chewed.


-Hypersensitivity: Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to cetirizine, pseudoephedrine, or related compounds. -Severe Hypertension: Contraindicated in individuals with severe hypertension.

Special Precautions
