Indications

Contra-Indications

-History of breast cancer or other estrogen-sensitive cancers -Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding -Liver disease -Pregnancy -History of thromboembolic disorders (blood clots) -Known allergy to Oestradiol Benzoate or any of its components


Special Precautions

-Regular monitoring of blood pressure and cholesterol levels -Regular breast and pelvic exams, including Pap smears -Caution in patients with a history of depression, epilepsy, or migraine -Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding


Side Effects

-Headaches -Breast tenderness or enlargement -Nausea -Bloating or fluid retention -Weight changes -Mood swings or depression


Drug Interactions

-May interact with certain medications, such as anticoagulants, antibiotics, and anticonvulsants -May affect the metabolism of other drugs, increasing or decreasing their effectiveness -Grapefruit juice may interact with Oestradiol Benzoate and should be avoided
