Dr Aviral Mathur nominated as new Forda president

Dr Aviral Mathur from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) has been unanimously nominated as new president of Federation of Resident Doctors Association (Forda) India.

The decision to nominate Dr Mathura as new president of Forda was taken in a meeting held at Lady Hardinge Medical College on September 2, 2022.

Dr Sarvesh Pandey from Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital has been nominated as new National General Secretary of the Forda.

“In a recent meeting held at LHMC on September 2,2022 which was attended by representatives of all the RDAs of Delhi, namely RDA LHMC, RDA RML, MAMC, UCMS, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, BSAH Hospital, DDU Hospital, SGMH, and many more, along with senior officials of FORDA and past leaders of respective RDAs, it was unanimously decided to nominate  Dr Aviral Mathur (President, RDA MAMC) and National General Secretary: Dr Sarvesh Pandey (Vice President, RDA RML),” the Forda said.

“Further, it was adjudged that the other members of the National Team shall be declared in subsequent days. We take this opportunity to wish the new team a very best of luck and are very hopeful of touching and forming new realms in resident welfare across the country,” the doctors’ body said.

“We also wish to express our gratitude to the extremely supportive members of the incumbent team and applaud your contribution,” the body added.
